Dr. Jill Casey

Dr. Jill Casey is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in Edmonds, WA, and a founding provider at Trillium Concierge Medicine. As a Ms.Medicine Affiliate, she brings more than a decade of clinical experience across all ages, all genders, and the full arc of a family's health — with specialized expertise in breastfeeding medicine, obesity medicine, and women's health.

Dr. Casey's path to family medicine started early. As a student-athlete, she spent time in the athletic training room learning anatomy and injury rehabilitation alongside her peers — and realized she wanted to do this for life. Medical school confirmed it: she fell in love with every rotation, and chose family medicine because it never stops teaching you something new. After more than ten years practicing family medicine with obstetrics, she pursued IBCLC certification to continue supporting mothers and babies through the often-overlooked challenges of breastfeeding. She's now adding menopause care to her focus — because the gaps in women's healthcare don't stop at postpartum.
