May is Women's Health Month, and Manifest Health Concierge Medicine — part of the Ms.Medicine network — is celebrating with a free yoga class at Waneka Lake Park in Lafayette, CO. This all-levels class runs May 1st from 1–3pm on the west side of the park near the boathouse, and it's open to everyone: families, friends, and total beginners included. Bring a mat, whatever props you like, and a friend — because if you do, you'll both receive a free breast cancer risk assessment.
