With over 20 years of experience in family practice, Ronda Lehn brings deep clinical knowledge, compassionate care, and a lifelong commitment to health education to her role at Concierge Medicine of Cincinnati. A graduate of Purdue University with her nurse practitioner training completed at Indiana Wesleyan, Ronda has dedicated her career to caring for individuals and families across every stage of life—from newborns to seniors.
Originally from Indiana, Ronda and her husband recently relocated to Cincinnati to begin their next chapter. She is excited to join the CMoC team and is especially passionate about preventive care, women’s health, and empowering patients through education and long-term wellness planning.

Outside of the office, Ronda enjoys reading, knitting, spending time outdoors, and planning her next travel adventure. As a mother of four grown children, she understands the importance of balancing life’s many demands and brings that insight into the way she cares for patients.
