Alcohol Awareness Month Mock-tails

Sip on something sweet and sober this Alcohol Awareness Month with a delicious mocktail! ⁠Try out these recipes, for a great fresh spring drink alternative that is alcohol-free! Let’s raise a glass to make responsible choices and prioritizing our health! 

Cucumber Gimlet⁠

Directions: ⁠

1. Place sliced cucumber in a cocktail shaker along with a teaspoon of sugar. Use a muddler to smash the cucumber, crushing it well.⁠

⁠2. Add in simple syrup, club soda, Caleno Light & Zesty (alcohol-free gin), and freshly squeezed lime juice. Cover the shaker and shake the mix together well.⁠

3. Strain cucumber lime mix into a glass and top with club soda. ⁠

4. Garnish with sliced cucumber and enjoy! ⁠

Blackberry Dark ‘N’ Stormy

Directions: ⁠

  1. Place fresh mint, blackberries, and squeezed lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to smash the blackberry and mint crushing it well.

  2. Add in Ginger beer, and Dark ‘n’n spicy Caleño (alcohol-free). Cover the shaker and shake the mix together well.

  3. Serve over a glass with ice.

  4. Garnish with blackberries and enjoy!

Classic Margarita

Directions: ⁠

  1. Add in 45 ML of Lyres Agave Reserva Spirit (alcohol-free), 30 mL of lime juice, 15 mL of orange juice, and 7.5 mL of simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. 

  2. Cover the shaker and shake the mix together well. 

  3. Pour in the mixture over ice.

  4. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy! 

Cuba Libre

Directions: ⁠

  1. Pour 60 mL of Lyres Dark cane spirit  (alcohol-free) over ice. 

  2. Top with probiotic soda of choice

  3. Add 15 mL of Lime Juice

  4. Stir Well!

  5. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!
